The Maison Blanc development team spearheaded by our founder Raymond Blanc has been busy over recent months creating a new summer menu selecting the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced in the UK to tantalise your taste buds...
Not only have we created a delicious new selection of filled baguettes, sandwiches and salads, Raymond has also added his very own dishes to the menu. Look out for his Goats Cheese and Fig salad made with traditional French Goats cheese and sweet ripe figs and his healthy Tuna Niçoise Pan Bagnat that’s simply bursting with authentic Southern French flavour. We continue to make all of our sandwiches and baguettes fresh every day using artisan bread.
Another exciting new edition to the menu is breakfast! Pop into your local store* for a relaxing breakfast served everyday until 12pm where you’ll find soft boiled free range eggs, Scottish smoked salmon and organic yoghurt and granola on the menu.
